Justin Biechele Whelan III

Justin is the CEO and co-founder of Biechele Royce Advisors. He continues to play an instrumental role in building a leading investment advisory and management organization. Justin coordinates the overall direction of the firm, focusing his expertise on marketing the firm's financial services to potential clients. He excels at taking a client's goals and objectives and creating a strong financial plan. Justin's responsibilities also include implementing all aspects of the financial plan, with a special emphasis on monitoring and revising the plan as needs and circumstances dictate.
Justin graduated from the Miami University School of Business, and joined the Nestle Corporation's hospitality management division. He began his advising career with a major financial services company after moving to Indianapolis in 1989. Justin helped upscale clients and closely held businesses achieve their financial goals. He earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP(R)), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations through postgraduate study in the fields of investment, insurance, taxation, retirement, and estate planning. He has seven different security licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Venture Club of Indiana, Fishers Chamber of Commerce, Stanley K. Lacy Association, and past Chairman of the Castleton Business Alliance.
His community activities have included serving on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Centers Youth Service Bureau, Castleton East Civic Organization, member of Indianapolis' Comprehensive Plan Regionalism Committee, graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy, Hamilton County Meals on Wheels driver, Fishers Youth Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer Coach, YMCA Baseball Coach, Holy Spirit at Geist Baseball, Basketball Coach and Southeastern Junior High Rugby Coach.
Justin has three children Kaitlin, Krista, & J.B.
